When in the course of human events we hold certain truths to be self evident. One of those truths is that Dusty Giebink doesn’t know what the hell he’s talking about. Showing a propensity for unparalleled
cluelessness dating back to fifth grade science class, Dusty’s sheer density is hard to match.
Since bursting onto the scene in the late summer of 2003, willingly reviewing WWE’s Velocity for
PWTorch.com without pay and without complaints, Dusty has been slowly climbing his way up the IWC ladder in recent months
by process of elimination, if anything. Weeks into his Torch gig, he was offered and immediately accepted a spot in the Torch’s coveted Lounge. It
was the Lounge stint where Dusty gained the majority of his fame, writing about such things like Sid being the key to turning the wrestling business back around and his daring
-- and ultimately but unimportantly incorrect -- prediction that Rikishi would be the next WWE Champion.
Since then Dusty has also somehow managed to further con his way onto the GumGod
staff. It is here, on this fine website, where he intends to spread the word of
metrosexuality and share his views on a number of topics including pop culture, sports and politics. Undoubtedly, he will be wrong about these things as well.
